Das Release SAMA V11.1 wurde bei allen bestehenden Kunden eingeführt.

Neuerungen bei SAMA V11 in 2022, 2023 und 2024

Das neue Release SAMA V11 bzw. V11.1 wurde bereits bei einer Reihe von neuen und bestehenden Kunden eingeführt.
The innovations include functionality as well as a significantly increased clarity and an improvement in ease of use.
Where before there were many fields and functions all at once on the screen, we now see clear lines and menu bars that can be interactively displayed.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can one learn SAMA?

The basic functions of SAMA can be learned in a 2-day basic training course. After approx. 2-4 weeks, we offer our customers a 1-day in-depth training for perfection.

Which key figures and evaluations can be generated from the system?

SAMA provides support through a combination of any search criteria and predefined evaluations, such as:

  • Top 10 – Analysen bzw. Schwachstellenanalyse
  • Various evaluations according to plants, cost centres, employees, required spare parts, target/actual queries, maintenance types, cost distributions (personnel-material-external services), etc.
  • Excel-based diagrams
  • All evaluations are printable and essential evaluations can be exported to Excel
  • KPI, MTTR, MTBF, Pareto analyses
Is there the possibility of a cloud installation?

In 2020, the first customers opted for a cloud installation. This can be an installation via their own cloud or the cloud provided by SAMA.

Can I add more workstations at a later date?

Additional logins and workstations can be used at any time.

Is it possible to realise interfaces to ERP or other systems?

There are a number of interfaces that have already been realised. Especially in the area of material management, there are a number of solutions. Together with our experts, further individual solutions can also be implemented.

How often are there updates?

Due to ongoing further developments based on in-house developments and customer-specific requests, an update option is available approx. 4 times a year. The customer decides whether each update is necessary (skipping is possible!).
